    Default Hornady Press/Lee primer question

I have a Hotnady L-n-L single stage press. Will a Lee auto primer feeding setup work on the hornady press, or is the Hornady brand feeder required?

Have you considered using a separate priming tool like the Lee AutoPrime? I've found this faster and more consistent than seating primers using my RCBS press.

That's the best idea right there anytime your using a single stage press. It's the one thing I don't like about my Hornady progressive, really have to prime on the press. No chance to clean the primer pocket.

I still load most everything but 45 on my Rock Chucker single and use an RCBS hand priming tool, really like how I can feel the primer seating.

I have the Hornady hand primer. I just liked the idea of it priming as I size. Currently I knock out the old primer with a universal depriming die, then clean, then begin the process....I can just hand prime I suppose....
