Is there any truth it this ! Really ? maybe you should ask KAHR but sounds like you have all ready decided it is or you would not have asked . Go buy a gluck and you will feel better that it will last longer or go buy a keltec and save some money.

I have no interest is shooting near 10,000 rounds through a CCW gun. I use my AK's and AR for that rate of shooting.

You can choose to believe it if you wish. Me? I'm just gonna shoot the Fokker! I can't be any more helpful than that...

No kidding. If my CM45 breaks after 10k rounds, I might even be thankful for the sanity check. I mean wow, that's $4000 in ammo for one gun alone. That's above my shooting budget.

Besides, what would break? Springs? Cheap to replace. The frame? Also much cheaper than a new gun. Of course I have heard there are people who throw stuff away at even the most trivial of repairs.

Gene, you are getting a bit crap for a reasonable question, but all is well meant .

I think your arms will fall off before you need a new frame for your gun. Few people ever fire even close to that number through any one particular firearm over their lifetime. That said, you will need spring replacements etc.

The man is new to this site, so cut him some slack. He was asking a reasonable question. No need to pile on. We seem to be getting somewhat like some other sites. Let's don't go there.

I honestly didn't see the OP getting an excessive amount of crap. A little bit maybe, but nothing out of line.
