Will the K40 cycle w/CCI shot shell

I'd like to carry my K40 for varmit & snakes. Has anyone fired shot w/their K40 & what has been your experience regarding cycling/jams? I found a dealer that has some in stock & I'm going to be in their area next week. Thanks for any trsponse.

I doubt that they would cycle unless you install a lighter recoil spring. Don't know that for a fact.

My K40 runs fine with CCI Shotshells. This combo makes very good snake medicine.

Thanks for the input on the CCI .40 shotshells texjack!
Their .45ACP stuff runs fine in my CW45, XD-S, and various 1911s.
