Have you called Blade Tech? They are made in Puyallup, WA and maybe they would be willing to make a custom fit one for your gun and laser? I have never purchased a product from them, but I've read good things and I saw that you're in "Southeast WA" so they are relatively local. I'm on the westside in WA but have a crimson trace laser for sale if you're interested, but I'm assuming you must already have one if you're posting this.

PJ Holsters. Paul Giannaula. Small shop, excellent work. Does not make paddle holsters. But, does make kydex holsters, IWB or OWB, tuckable if you wish, at your choice of cant, with or without laser. At a reasonable price. Good man to do business with, too.
