Default Another "Mud Puppy" comes home

Well, got this back from my gunsmith today. A S&W .38 Model 10-5 I found at my local LGS, alone and unloved. Cylinder would not lock up and a little cosmetic blemish on the cylinder [probably blood stain]. I offered $200 and they took it. My gunsmith just had to adjust the stop, not even any new parts! Gonna cost me a lunch! Since someone else had previously touched up the bluing, I have already touched up the cylinder.

Decent looking gun. If the bore looks good and the chambers index correctly, I'd say you got a steal.

The Model 10 S&W was the first revolver that I ever shot.

Believe it or not, I will not get to shoot this gun! A buddy saw it and traded me out of it! Okay, it's a totally opposite gun, a Sig 2022 in .40 S&W and FDE finish.
