That K9 is another member's pistol that is being used for fitting the grips at the machine shop. If he sees the thread, he may have the definitive answer on the screws. The screws look like 1911 grip screws to me. I don't know if he had to shorten them or not. Normally, they go with wood grips. That's all I have heard about the screws.

You got it, buddy! Sharp eye! They are indeed Strike Industries Torx screws for a 1911, and I did indeed have to shorten them slightly so they wouldn't bind against the magazine. These pistols use the same grip threads as a 1911.
