    Default WTT Ruger American .45

I've got my Ruger American .45 pistol for trade.

    You get:
    Ruger American .45 Pistol
    Alternate grip with key
    Three magazines
    Ruger Tactical case
Ruger included goodies (lock, manual, papers, fired case)

Will trade person in Florida for two bottles of good bourbon whiskey (good bourbon @ $150ish a fifth or higher)
    =OR=
Will trade from my FFL to yours for a case of the cheapest target .44 Special ammo out there (Fiocchi, Blazer, what have you, 50/box 10 boxes).

If we go from my FFL to yours, I'll pay shipping to yours, you pay them whatever fees they need for you to get the pistol from them.

Disclosure: The pistol did go back to Ruger, before even being fired by me, for a faulty slide stop (I think it had the 9mm stop in it). Ruger replaced the part, and both magazines I sent, as the followers were a bit chewed up. Other than that, zero issues on firing, and it eats ammo like a fat lady eats desserts at a smorgasbord. The gun just does not do much for me, and I'm spoiled by the really nice Walther PPQ-45. My loss, your gain. I just don't like the damned thing!

    PM if interested

For those of you who thought I was being trivial.... what you get:

Read above for full disclosure - went back to the mothership with a bad slide stop (wrong one I believe). Came back good to go with replaced parts - and new magazines.

I just can't comfy up to this pistol. I can comfy to the FN, its a beast. I really like my 1911's (all six or seven or eight of 'em, lost count). I drool over the PPQ-45. The Ruger is like kissin' yer sister - It does NUTHIN' for me.

Reasonable bourbon and ammunition offers considered. I don't want no cash. Maybe somethin' else in trade, let me know what you got.

Any desire for scotch? I have an unopened bottle of Johnny blue here that I will never enjoy. Like your ruger I tried but just can't appreciate scotch. I could add some cash or ammo on top as well. I'm in st Pete but travel most of the west coast for work.

Nectar of the gods but it is for sure an acquired taste.

Never tried the Blue must be good stuff beyond my means.

That certainly explains why I never tried it. $450 a bottle. Seriously?
