The only state in the union that can legally secede is Texas...I was reading an article on it the other day, I'll see if I can find it.

Last thing I heard is that Texas is self-sustaining. They can effectively form a new country, that is re-form the Republic of Texas. My dad was born in San Antonio so we visited often. Any room left in Texas for a disenfranchised non-native Californian?
