Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, says he is preparing legislation that would allow those with concealed carry permits in their state to cross state lines.
According to the Daily Caller, Hudson's legislation would allow people with a state-issued concealed carry license to carry a handgun to any other state that allows concealed carry if the person is not banned from possessing or transporting a firearm by federal law.
Hudson said he planned on introducing the legislation, called the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017, during the next Congress. He introduced a similar bill in 2015.
“As a member of President-elect Trump’s Second Amendment Coalition, I look forward to working with the administration to advance policies that support and protect our right to keep and bear arms,” Hudson told the Daily Caller.

It would be nice but I'll not hold my breath waiting.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

Reciprocity, yes. A Federal law, unconstitutional. We already have the 2A, that covers everything.

THANK YOU for your post. It is very often forgotten that they cannot give us something we should already have. My state would argue that point though

Won't help Californians. California is above the law.

This is a win for shooters and patriots and a new game for the socialist states. They will whine and fight this in federal court for a decade and eventually lose.

I know I am young and innocent but it sure makes me wonder where the Socialist states come up with the money to fight these things. Gun control, sanctuary cities, out of control welfare and now DeBlasio is saying the New York taxpayers are going to pay for psychologists to help the poor folks who can't accept the election results. I worked nearly 50 years, 6-7 days a week to support my family. Didn't know what a 40 hr week was. Man was I an idiot!!!

Amen brother. Don't know who's saying life is easy with no challenges.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
