    Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

    In utter words, don't practice for time, practice for muscle memory and smoothness.

    Been my motto for many many years. Some here have argued with me about it but it works for me.

    Repetition and muscle memory create smooth which help avoid fumbles which cause slow, so it must be fast.

    I can consistently shoot under a second but have been clocked much faster in matches.

    Learning how to use your other hand to pull up your shirt or jacket is the most critical part being able to draw effortless. Practice makes practices! But hard to do watch that hawt chick pulling hers out under her boobs!
