I got it on sale from Academy in Austin, Texas. I think that they recently went out of production. With an Alien Gear Holster or a nightstand weapon it works well. My first 4 rounds are Federal 000 Buck and the last round is .45 Long Colt Winchester PDX1. It is reliable and works.

Well the Sig P290RS almost won... it was s very close second place but I have decided to keep it in the family
I like "our' trigger too much to try something new right now.

Going to have Dave order a CM9 in all black ( [whisper voice] Ninnnnjaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh [/whisper voice] ) and I'll put a XS Big dot set on it after it's been wrung out for function.
I do believe some day I will also get the P938 "Just cuz' I can" but first things first, CM9 all murdered out

    I love my 938!
The 290 was terrible for me (Large hands, big feet, ears and well you know)

I use the extended mag and I fire it very well. It is my go to CC.

NO DOUBT it is a very sweet gun (P938) and Dave has sold 5 in the last month alone, he gets one, sells it, replaces it and with in days sells it.
    Wash - Rinse - Repeat.

Thanks for making me question my decision.... again... Yah there ALL that close for me.

Downtownnv, which do you prefer more for daily CCW if I can ask?
    A Kahr (insert model here)
    The P938
    Something else.

    Input is ALWAYS welcome.

    Thanks.

    FWIW - I think I've calmed down a bit.
    I have a pawnshop CW45 that I purchased for $200
It shot well, felt good in my hand and met my criteria of larger than my normal .38 sp carry.

I found an issue, Kahr gave me a completely NEW IN BOX CW45 with all the accouterments one gets with buying a new pistol from Kahr, with no proof of original purchase or even purchase for that matter.
(I realize for Kahr it may have been a safety issue knowing there was a manufacturing issue with short rails, but still a complete new gun, not just a new lower on my old upper.... )
And I'm thinking of getting rid of it for a 9mm.....

Why am I looking for a new gun again?

I'm more inclined to keep the CW45 and continue a process of buying an additional single stack 9 for other social engagements

Now you've come back to your senses! Missed you while you were gone.

    The CW45 is a great gun, I don't have one, I have a PM45 but I want a CW.

Others here have had first hand good luck with them. For serious social engagements I'll take the 45 every time.
