That's definitely my style. I love a good single action revolver. It is pretty.

Thats a beauty. Hows the grip feel and is it 2 fingers only?
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Definitely 2 fingers with the 10 round mag. I'm reading that you can modify a Pierce pinkie extension for the Springfield XD to make it a full 3 fingers though. Have to try that...

However, it also comes with a 14 round mag, and that's an easy 3 finger grip.

With the 10 round mag, it feels a lot like my MK9 with the wood grips in my hand. Just feels right.

Just put a 3" Ruger SP101 in .327 Federal on layaway at GrabAgun for a purchase price of $509. 'Tis a 6 shooter as opposed to the standard 5 shot .357 SP101.

Will pick it up at the dealer in Coppell (near Dallas) when we are visiting wife's relatives after New Year's Day. That'll save the $8 shipping and $25 FFL fee.

This week I have purchased a Desert Eagle 1911C (Commander). It has full guide rode, bull barrel, 8 round magazine, G10 grips, 3 dot sights, 4 pounds crisp trigger.

    Thumbs up

I took a little break from my blistering music career (yeah right) and brought a couple home recently. These are/were inexpensive and spontaneous purchases...my favorite kind:

SW model 22a. The seven inch barrel version. I’ll probably drill and tap the rail soon so I can eliminate the red dot spacer and co-witness with the target sights.

...and here’s the other. A Mossberg 640kd Chuckster. 22 magnum. Both of these should make for great back yard fun. I also bought a Marlin 22magnum bolt rifle but that goes to the nephew soon.
