I've ran 50 rds. or so of Federal BPLE 115gr. +P+ through my CW9 without issue. They really didn't feel any hotter than HST 124gr +P.
No, but my Glock G27, with a Storm Lake 40-9mm conversion barrel, has eaten box after box.
My MK40 is an all stainless steel tank.
Feel that a limited dose of +P+ 9mm wouldn't be a problem for an all steel MK9.
But the real question is why?
New high tech ammo performs really well from a short barrel.
Federal HST or Winchester Ranger T-Series in 147 gr standard pressure is what I run in all my 9mm guns.
Soft shooting and very accurate.
You may want to reconsider.
My Kahr MK40 was running Speer GDHP Short Barrel (only comes in 180 gr sub-sonic standard pressure).
But later switched to Federal HST 180 gr.
Recommend you check LuckyGunner Labs for quality short barrel 9mm performance.

I like HST 135 gr. In .40 (good luck finding it), but I am currently clearing out my .40s and switching to 9mm.

Light 40 S&W (High Velocity & Energy) tend to under-penetrate.
Velocity and Energy isn't the whole story.
FBI Protocol isn't an exact science.
But it's the best we have to compare ammo performance.
Things have changed...
Again, recommend you look at LuckyGunner Labs data.
