    Default Mid 90's K9 question

I have a mid 90's K9 I just acquired (AE00xx) and I noticed something different with this one. The trigger pull is shorter. The first 3/8 inch of the pull is just loose, then you feel the trigger engage with other parts of the firing mechanism, and the pull is short before bang. The reset is the same way. It almost feels like someone tried to reduce the trigger reset. It feels that short. Am I missing something? Could it be because it's an older model? Just really broken in well? I'm wondering if I should trust it or gun it and start with new internal parts.

Thanks for the help in advance,

MY K9 has an "AD" prefix. It has some bit of take up before you feel the striker start to move:

    Is yours anything like that?

Wow, watching the innards removal from a fixed base mag was like a magician. That worked a whole lot better than the bubba methods I've applied in the past.

You got the touch buddy. I wanna be neighbors.
