My P32 gets carried almost everyday; usually in a kydex holster, but it sees some pocket time as well. I'm pretty good about keeping it lubed, but it does develop some surface rust every so often. This most often cleans up with some oil and steel wool. I'll usually follow that with some Oxpho-Blue. It doesn't look real bad, but the wear and tear does show some. I decided to give it a quick make over this morning, so I striped the slide down, sand blasted it, followed by parkerizing and high temp paint. The parkerizing was pretty quick, I just heated the solution in a microwave. I baked the paint for about 1.5 hours and I'll see how it holds up. I didn't put it on too heavy, but I did this(parkerizing/paint)on my Glock 27's slide stop some years back and that still looks pretty good.
Anyway, here are a couple of shots of it:
