P380 purchasing old vs. new model

I have a PM9 and would like to purchase a new P380. I see the model KP3833 without the magazine disconnect is not listed on Kahr's website but can be found from a few online sellers. Would they be considered new old stock if no longer produced? I'm also noticing the warranty for these has changed, when I don't know, from 5 years to Limited Lifetime. If I purchased the older model which warranty would apply?

I thought I might get my answers here before contacting customer support on Monday.

Looks like you'll have to wait unti tomorrow for your answers. Regarding the warranty, I've never had a problem with Kahr repairing something that wasn't right, even on a K9 I bought used. They've always been accomodating when it came to repairs and I can't recall a time when someone on this forum was denied work because it wasn't warranteed. Please let us know when you get your answers...Thank you!
