This was taken not far from Bawanna country. My son in law is on 7 day survival trek with his buddies.

really cool pics .... where were they taken?

We only had about 77% eclipse here in NE Texas. We watched it through one of my old solar filter equipped surveying instruments. Used the same tools to watch the 1985 event. I also heard today that anyone still alive in NE Texas in 2024, given decent weather, will get to experience a total eclipse. I hope I'm still drooling in 7 more years

Mount Hood is Oregon and prime viewing area. They were inundated with visitors just to watch.

I wish we could have one of these every week. Best grocery shopping experience ever....full Monday day shift staffing and only two other customers.

Full eclipse is really cool but not on my list. Btdt and once you've seen one.....

The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

    Great pictures, thanks.

Hopefully British admiral, Lord Samuel Hood, the man Mt. Hood is named after, had no trace of slave ownership in his past. Otherwise, it gotta come down and come down now.
