    Default “Gusty” Wallihan

Augusta “Gusty” Wallihan: hunter, pioneer of wildlife photography, and conservationist.
One of the articles below states this photo was titled “Grocery Shopping”

"Standing over one of her many trophy mule deer, subsistence-and-sport huntress “Gusty” Wallihan appears every inch the frontier matron with her dressy bonnet, prairie-pattern cartridge belt, floral-embroidered gauntlets, hunting knife, and Remington-Hepburn rifle. 1895"

I really like that last picture.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Gusty would be vilified by the millennial snowflakes & SJWs today.

All American woman she was. Nice R/H single shot too.
