Default What kind of stinging critter is this?

My son brushed against it and his armed swelled up, stinging/burning like crazy (as he said). He ran cold water over it then some vinegar which helped with the swelling & lessened the pain.

"My God, Woodrow. It has been quite a party, ain't it?"
