Pretty much, except #2 can vary case by case - some willingly "sell" themselves to advance, while others are caught unawares and are backed into a corner. Therein can lie the difference between rape & mutual exploitation.

This has happened before. Does anyone remember Tailhook? Changed the military for both good and bad. Got rid of a few bad apples but a number of women accused innocent men. The military finally caught on and started to investigate all charges rather than convict on allegations.

Right now folks are being convicted on allegations.

My wifey teaches todays youth at the college level, and she says the same thing. You have a hard time telling between the boys and the girls these days. Socially inept, helpless, late, and terrible hygiene. The next generation won't have any of these abuse issues. They're not interested in anything but electronics. They won't know if they are groping a man or a woman.
