Top round keep popping out

I often found loose rounds in my pocket from my spare magazine that I carried in my front pants pocket. Any thoughts?

Use a pocket mag carrier or pouch. There are many reasons why this makes sense.

Must be a 380 or 9mm mag. Happens all the time with 9mm mags. Never happens with my 45 mags. Not an up charge for it.
