A little off topic, but Optics Planet has a division that puts out some stuff every day on sale. DVOR.com A friend of mine turned me on to this, and I've been a fairly regular buyer. Sometimes stuff is a good discount, sometimes it's not. Just have to do your research.

Did you finally get you an AR? My memory seems to remember that you did but I can't recall the details. I'm getting where every day is a new day because I can't remember anything from yesterday. That does have its benefits though at times.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I did finally. Got an Armalite last August. Haven't shot it yet. It was set up just the way I wanted, changed a few pieces that co workers had laying around so no additional funds in it.
I'll get around to shooting it one of these days.
