Well, maybe Mr. Moon would rather be a expander instead of an innovator these days. What is the next acquisition target, High Point? Kel Tec?

I sure hope not. The Kahr umbrella has been associated with quality. Doesn't need to get into the plumbing business.

I might as well go all the way and ask for a double stack K45. If I get half of that I’ll be glad.

I own the only Kahr that I own for a specific mode of carry. Anything else and I prefer my HK........................................Kahr is definitely a niche firearm that many have not heard of. Flame me if you will. I have to agree with what has been mentioned about the .380. Seems to be the poster child for issues, when they happen, and at the cost of ammunition these days, might as well carry something with a bit more firepower, and a bit more reliability. In my book, the bigger the hole, the better. Ammo has improved, but not as much as people think. If you can purchase a Kahr that is the same size regardless of caliber, I don't understand why you wouldn't want increased firepower. Forget about the " well, it's better than nothing at all." So is a slingshot, and I don't see too many people carrying one of those. To me, that statement has so much give up, it's pathetic. Maybe Moon has enough $$$$$$$$$$$$, and he wants to stay with the status quo. Developing new firearms takes lots of $$$$$$$$. I'll stick with my .40 cal..................I don't mind shooting twice if I have to.

I am a Kahr guy. I own 8 including 3 PM9's, one with the external safety. One of my Kahr's has been back for work, a PM40, all the others have worked perfectly. I am loving my new P365 as well. With the flush mag there is little difference in conceal ability between it and a PM9 and it fits the same holsters. My PM9 holsters accommodate a CT laser model PM9. Even with the 12 round mags it is amazingly concealable. If Sig offers the rumored P365 with an external safety, my wife will likely give up her PM9 for it. She insists on a manual safety although she carried a S&W .38 previously.

So far I haven't seen any concealed carry firearm that I would buy to replace my cw9 - neither price or quality are any better. Kahr for concealed carry, let other companies try to make something for every other reason people buy firearms.

I've got plenty of polymer double stack guns.
A bobtail commander sized K45 is my dream gun from Kahr. I'd pre-order one, paid in full, today if I could...

You want the same Kahr trigger in that K45? I'm taking orders.

I do love a nice bobtail.

I know there are numerous plastic double stacks - some are even compacts. But I don't like them as they are all too bulky - just like their single stack nines.
I want a slim Kahr double stack CW9. Slimmer than everyone else's offering, and with Kahr's clean, simple, & attractive styling.

I so wish you weren't kidding old friend - LOL!

    It's strange too.
Kahr owned Magnum Research and Auto-Ordnance both make 1911s.
You'd think the companies could collaborate and produce a righteous Kahr trigger, commander sized, bobtailed K45.
Maybe you can orchestrate a limited run group buy

What a way to kick off 2018
