    Default PM9093 (3 mags) vs PM9093A (2mags)?? What is the ‘A’

Hi Everyone - New Kahr fan here. Looking to purchase my first Kahr.

Found a new PM9093A for $395. Seems to be a good deal I think....

It only comes with 1 6 round and 1 7 round. Most of the new PMs seem to ship with 3.

So again, does anyone know what the ‘A’ stands for?

Kahr used to have spec sheets on their site, but I can't find them now (or for the last couple of years). However, I have a .pdf with a sheet from 2016 that shows the Kahr Model Legend.
Here's a screen shot from that:

    Nice - thanks Greg.

Interesting.... so, according to that chart the ‘A’ at the end of the PM9093A Indicates an older inventory item. Now I really am curious before I buy this gun. It’s new, so I would hate to buy a new PM9 that’s ‘older’.

If it's a good deal, I wouldn't worry about it. Further, Kahr has defined the "A" differently in the past. Here's from the 2011 catalog:

You might want to give Kahr a call: If you can give them the gun's serial number, they can most likely tell you when it was made.

I’m not sure but the “A” model may be an older type and have the serial number on the dust cover rather than on the grip which would be more appealing to me. I saw a PM9 online recently that had the SN plate on the grip. Not necessarily bad, just visible.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
