Default New striker in my CT380

I bought my CT380 in April of last year. With all the chatter about broken strikers I ordered the Lakeline striker before I even fired it.

I decided to leave the pistol stock for the break in just in case there were any other problems. Well, the break in went completely smooth, no failures at all. I carry the pistol regularly and have 600 flawless rounds through it.

In the back of my mind I’ve still been thinking about that striker so last weekend I dropped in the Lakeline. The process went smoothly and I used the plastic bag trick to make sure I didn’t lose the plunger. Took it to the range this evening. Pulled the trigger 60 times (50 Blazer FMJ and 10 Lehigh Xtreme Defense) and got 60 bangs.

All is well ... wonder if I’ll sleep better tonight?

    Good stuff!
Maybe I should do the same for mine.

Yup, I did that upgrade as well -- for long-term piece of mind.

I also did this upgrade -- adding the Galloway Precision "Stainless Steel Striker Guide for Kahr CW380, CT380, and P380 Pistols".

Here is the link (click here) to that part.

They shipped quick! And it's one less thing to worry about in my CT380.

    Now...

    If I could only find...............
    * Tritium/Fiber-Optic sights (like Truglo TFX Pro) that will fit a CT380, and
    * Stainless Steel Recoil Spring Guide Rod that fits a CT380
