My "no guns" is easy to enforce. No money. But I do have trade fodder.

    Cool Life is Good

First run at the range with 200 FMJs, 100 HSTs and 100 Ranger Ts produced 1 FTE (Ranger) .
My old school 7 round and OEM 10 round mags ran fine.
The P220-1 8 round mags that came with the gun might be the problem.
Replaced the guide rod with a Fat Stainless from Grays Guns and an OEM fresh recoil spring.
Replaced the clearly worn out mag springs in the P220-1 8 round mags (3) with Wolff +10% power springs.
Militec-1 lub on the all stainless rails and off to the range.
This time I just ran the suspect P220-1 8 round mags (Stainless made in Italy).
75 230 gr Winchester Ranger T-Series +P JHPs later and a fist sized hole in the bullseye with flawless function

Obviously the No More Guns policy is an issue
But we are defined by our passions...
    I have a passion

I'm still thinking I need to put on my Big Boy Pants and move to Oregon (my daughters and grandchildren live there).
Housing is ridiculous, and if the latest gun control laws there pass?
There's no way in hell I'm going there.

Still trying to figure things out...

Where's Bawanna? I'm sure he would have something to add to this thread. Hope he didn't catch the measles!

I can relate, I tell the guys at work I really want such and such gun but I don't have the money. They always say, that never stopped you before.

If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

Thanks Bawanna, I knew you'd understand

BTW the Sig P220 ST is an all stainless steel 45 (SS frame made in Germany).
Weighs about the same as an all steel 1911.
    Shoots like one too

No guns yet this year for me, but I've been having some health issues and was in the hospital this past week with a cardiac event. it was a gun free zone anyway..

    Yikes! Sorry to hear that.

muggsy: Let's face it, being shot by a .380 will ruin anyone's day.
