Stag = antler/horn. Well now I’m a little more educated. Thanks guys. I try to learn something new every day. Keeps my 73 year old brain sharp.

This is about the only knife I use, but it still galls me that various security checkpoints (not TSA) refuse to allow me to carry it into their venues on my keychain.

I thought to share them here and they are the first three below. I also thought I'd post up some of (most of) my other stag handled knives.
Let me know what you think and please share anything you have.

Not the best of grinds, but well made and I like the look.

Custom skinner with a very well done distal taper

Called a Gaucho knife and has a Spanish notch.

This is more like the Gaucho knives I'm familar with

Custom skinner from a feller in Missouri

Two Jagdmesser (hunting knives) They might qualify as nickers.

Probably in the same class as the two above, but a cuchillo made in Spain

    to be continued....
I'm definitely no knife expert, but that Spanish cuchillo is one fine looking knife...…………………………………...
