My TRP's ejector was glued as well. As it was a little loose, I sent it back to have it drilled and pinned. They did a nice job of it; turned it around quickly and didn't charge me.
Might see the new Avengers movie this weekend, so I'm feeling some original Captain America love

OK Greg now ya made me pull out my old Springfield 1911, has the same markings as yours. I got this new in 1991 and shot this gun thru many, many thousands of rounds but slide to frame is on the sloppy side now. It still shoots good but not for the Bullseye thing, it came with a comp barrel but I swapped that out to a Ed Brown barrel that helped it a lot plus all the other goodies I put on it and have done to it. Hell still had the original box, now I know you told me a long time ago but I forgot but this one is listed a 90's Edition and it is a 70 series
