Default Thought I loved to eat before!!!

I just did my first sous vide cook today. Bought a immersion cooker and tried it on some center cut chops today. Wow....just wow! Moist, tender just perfect. Took them out of the bag...seared them and set the table...even my wife did not disagree that they were the best pork chopsSAM_1755.jpgshe had ever eaten.

Sure look mighty fine. And wife not disagreeing, well that's gotta mean something too.

    Greg, that looks delicious.

Pork Chops you say? Visiting my son last week in the Dallas area and we went to Perrys to marvel at their seven finger high chop. My God, people actually consume a 35oz. chop.

Poor me, I just shouted into a clowns mouth, drove another thirty feet, and a bag of food came out through a window.
