New Kahr CW380 and a question

I got a new CW380 yesterday, so far 98 rounds round nose fired not one problem. Remington, Federal and if you can believe it 50 rounds Winchester WB flat nose!

Does Aquila 95 grain round nose work in this model? I got an email for this at $10.00 a box.

I had an ammo picky CW380 and Aguila gave me more trouble than some others.

Based on your post, your CW380 doesn’t seem ammo picky.

I don’t think I’ve shot Aguila in my CT380.

I think I will look for some Federal American Eagle.
I have 220 rounds through the gun now, had one early slide hold back with 1 round left in the magazine, possibly my thumb. After that I fired (3) x 6+1 with the same Remington white box ammo and had no problems.

I need to order some ammo and some defensive rounds as well.

My sense is that you have a good one. Usually, if a Kahr 380 has serious issues it’s right out of the box.

I've had good luck with Aguila 380 in my 380's however none are Kahr. Overall found Aguila ammo in all calibers to be good.
