    Default Buffalo Bore 380 ACP

I'm wanting to try Buffalo Bore flat nose in my CW380. Can anyone tell me from experience if this flat nose will feed properly. Thanks

All I've heard about is problems with flat nose in these little pistols. Try it, come back with your review. I won't bother wasting my money, I like round nose just fine.

Do not know, but the LeHigh penetrator does well in my Daughter's CW 380.

I have run Winchester white box flat points in my P380 for many years. As the gun got older and the round count went up, I found that the rate of failure to feed failures went down. The flat points don't run perfect, but they are not awful enough to make me stop buying/shooting them.
My wife's Kimber Micro 380 really does not like flat points... at all.
My RM380 didn't care for them in its stock form. After feed ramp polishing (and a Galloway extra power recoil spring) the little Remington has very few failure to feed issues (maybe one every 100 rounds).
I still buy and shoot flat point target ammo if/when it is cheap, but I carry the Hornady CD rounds for SD (only!).

    Your mileage may vary.

    Peace
I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
    "Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
    "more stuff than you are"

Some Kahr 380s can feed anything and some are a bit picky. Unfortunately there’s no way to know for sure unless you try some.

I’m guessing that Buffalo Bore will be stout.

Try a box. If it doesn't run all you'll be out is the difference in price between the Buffalo Bore and whatever round nose you would have shot anyway.

If it is penetration you are looking for check out Underwood products. Youtube videos are available. I do not have a Kahr 380 but their 9mm version works well in my PM9.

Just goes to show how each firearm is different. Underwood Xtreme Defense will not cycle reliably in either my CM9 or P9. Occasionally a round will hang up on the feed ramp.

Don't need fancy bullets, cheap UMC round nose will work for me, I know I wouldn't want to get hit with one. I bet the gangs aren't buying fancy bullets, and they seem to be killing each other just fine with cheap stuff.

I recently bought some Buffalo Bore 95 gr 380 acp ammo.

Haven't shot any of it yet.

Have you tried either of the BB jump rounds?

My gun is a P238 HD Sig.
