I'm not much into Soap Opera's, I hated being sick and turning the TV on, some weird stuff on during the day. I'd best leave the thing off or watch recorded Wagon Train, Rifleman and Gunsmoke.

Two kinds of retirees. Those that can find nothing to do, and those that can never complete all they have to do. I think I know which group you will be in. Congratulations!!!

    Congratulations on your retirement.

Somehow, I don't think you'll ever be bored. Now you can really enjoy all the fun toys you've accumulated over the years.

    It's almost range time!!!

I THINK THERE ARE 3 TYPES OF RETIREES. THOSE WHO CAN COUNT AND THOSE WHO CANT. ANYWAY CONGRATS COLONEL. WISH YOU THE BEST AND HOPE YOUR RETIREMENT IS EVERTHING YOU HOPE IT WILL BE. I HAVE 2 MORE YEARS TO GO AND THEN I CAN JOIN YOU.

I'm good up to 10 without taking off my shoes. What does that do for me?

The two years will fly by, its the final couple weeks that seem to drag on forever.

Dealing with Medicare and Social Security I'd suggest you start now getting that set up. They move at the speed of molasses or Heinz catsup in the bottle.

They keep saying how easy it is, I didn't find it easy at all and I hope they come through. Guess I just don't trust the government teat.

I have found out that I work much more now than I did before I retire. My wife has a never ending honey-do list for me that I'm sure I'll never get done.

    Congrats and enjoy!
