Question Barrel crack, or faulty machining ?

Fired 610 rounds of factory 110 grain Aguilla andd PPU ammo through a new Kahr/AO carbine. Noticed a crack (?), or poor machining (?) on the barrel where the rectangular piston section transitions to the circular barrel section. Any thoughts? See the photo.

    Metallurgist? Machinist?
It's ok that the picture isn't displayed, as I'm fairly confident your barrel is fine.
