All metal mag release?

Been out of the Kahr circle for a while. Are the 9mm’s all shipped with metal mag releases for the polymer frames?

I have a pm9 and CW40 that both have a metal insert.

pretty sure my pm45 has all steel though...

Converting my cw40 to 9mm. The polymer mag release seems ok, other than with the 8 round mag with extension.

seats, but requires a couple deliberate smacks, like hard....
