    Pretty little canal, be fun to kind meander and check that out. I never could stand the crowds at sporting events, never been to one actually baseball or football. Did do a hockey game once and 40 years ago I went to a basketball game. Didn't find any reason to go back again. Not my game anyhow. There are people that are crazy for it and I guess that's a good thing.

    I remember doing that Austin Canal back in 1986 .... before Austin was too weird (it was already getting weird, just not San Francisco weird then).

    My photo was taken in San Antonio.

    You're right. I had my usual dain bramaged brain fart .... in 1986 we did the whole Sesquicentennial thing - quite a few locations to see in a short 6-7 days. Yep, the River Walk was in San Antone
    (I doubt I could live there either)
