Default MK40 with crimson trace holster options?

What do you guys use with your MK series handgun with Crimson Trace handgrips? AIWB, IWB, pocket?

IWB I use an N82Tactical Professional and a JM4Tactical High Ride. Pocket I have a leather Azula and sometimes a kydex. Don't carry AIWB.

Thank you for your response, what brand of kydex pocket holster do you use? Most of the designs I've seen look like the CT grips won't fit because of the laser placement.

I buy quite a few from an eBay seller that goes by jbowe12. I can't remember if the holsters slide up over the laser or not. I haven't carried in them for quite awhile. And I don't even carry my MK9 anymore. For my MK40 I use an Azula leather holster that is rough side out, though I don't carry it very often anymore either. It is primarily for HD.
Kydex can be fairly easily modded to adapt to protusions, with a heat gun. Carefully. Just be ready to press down on it with something like a dense foam as soon as it warms up, to make it retain the shape you're after. And protect the gun with aluminum foil or something else to block the heat from parts that you don't want to get warm.

dao...thank you for that. At some point I want to modify my Safariland ALS to take CT grips on my 1911 and Hi Power.

norcalAF....give Wright Leather Works, Mitch Rosen (need to call in), and Andrews Leather (need to call him also) a try.

For myself, all belt holsters are outside the waistband (OWB). I have never liked IWB even when I was very fit and I feel only a S&W J-frame works in a pocket holster.
