Got it two years ago, ain't shot it yet, maybe I need a wheel and a trailer hitch.
18" barrel. Actually don't balance too bad neither, not worth a damn in an ankle holster though.

Great in an ankle holster. You don't have to reach so far down to get it.

The Buntline never really caught on, and a real one is $$$$$$$ because Colt only made a few for the reporter of the same name, I believe. I forget the name of the famous lawmen that Buntline sent one to. Bat Masterson maybe?

Fine idea, have to get a leg rest, or cut my britches at the knee so it can stick out, what a coincidence huh?
I can use it to fight off the opposite pursuasion, always been kind of a chick magnet, sometimes even cute ones.

Those are awesome. I've been wanting to get a 45LC for some time now but keep getting sidetracked with other guns to buy. I have everything to reload the 45LC, that's how ready I am to get one. Only problem with a 12"+ barrel would be having to get a new eyeglass prescription so I could focus on the front sight.

For me the issue is most ranges around here won't allow lead. So finding proper 45 Colt bullets is the issue. I have the reloading stuff and loaded a bunch but all lead. I shoot it out outdoor ranges when I get a chance.
I need to up the load some or find a new one, cases come out all black which I'm told is a sign of under power.
