Default Damn, that MK9 slide racking is a ******!

Rack and lock especially after a cleaning and lube and with a little gun oil and Ballistol residue on your hands.

I had one and sent it back but getting another Tues.. It tight but not to far to go to lock.
    Also dry hands.

I found holding the slide back while pulling out and putting the the pin was tougher on the MK9.

Get you a chopstick from a Chinese restaurant and then pull back the slide to the point you would to remove the slide stop pin and stick the chopstick down in the open chamber and adjust it so the slide is in the correct place and it will stay and now you have both hands to work with to push the slide lock pin out....Saves a lot of cussing and sometimes a little skin...

These are expensive but worth the money imo. And it's two for the money. Makes racking a Kahr much easier

Here's what they look like on the gun.

I'm buying that for the Glock 42 for my wife. She has a problem racking slides. She can rack the 42 but that item will make it easier. She can barely move the MK9 slide.Lol

I'll see if it loosens up a bit. The difficulty I have is using the pin function. I'll get used to it.
I really didn't have a problem with the P380 I sent back. Glad I'm getting another Tuesday.

That pin should loosen up, or more accurately take less oomph to push out after you've had it apart a couple of dozen times.

I hope so. The pin comes out a bit and trying to pull it out while holding the slide in place is tough. I think it's both loosing up and getting the technique down.
