    Beautiful rifle. Classic! I would love to own one. Out of my price range. I do love single shots. Thinking about a Henry, but not sure what caliber.

    Thank you. I should not have done it but at least firearms hold or increase in value. So there's that.

    One single shot rifle is enough for me....
    My Dad paid $1.25 for it, as surplussed by the National Guard sometime in the early 1920s.

    Now we're talking. Our interim chief had a trapdoor, just gorgeous, tried like heck to talk him out of it to no avail. He's a swapper and I didn't have anything worthy to swap. He said he's leaving it to me in his will but he's a great guy and I hope he outlives me.
