    Default P380 Striker metal?

Is it upgraded because it's metal at Kahr parts? I thought I read they are plastic.

There’s no plastic in either the Kahr or the Lakeline version. The Lakeline is just beefier.

muggsy: Let's face it, being shot by a .380 will ruin anyone's day.

If you’re going to get into the mechanics you really should read up about the pistols you purchased. I’m sure a PM to someone will give you much needed advice.

I knew of the striker issue. I don't do any internal part changes. I have someone who does.

You probably got confused by the fact that the striker spring guide is made of plastic.

    Default P380 Striker metal?

Below is a pic of my CM9 slide stripped. Next to the striker is the striker spring and plastic guide rod. The 380 is the same. Galloway makes a stainless steel guide rod if you want to upgrade it.

Thanks for the pic. I have a stainless steel recoil guide rod coming from Lakeline and have a stainless steel striker spring small guide rod from Galloway replacing the plastic piece. I might go with Galloway's reduction power spring kit..
