Happiness is a dirty Desert Eagle 1911.

You got this in June and just now post pictures as Greg so eloquently pointed out.

Issuing 25 demerit points. I have no idea what that actually means but let it be a lesson to ya lad.

Damn nice looking gun and they shoot real fine.

    Cue sound of Head slap.

OK, OK, I'll remove the demerits and award 13 gold stars.

Update, the DE1911 is running better than a Rolex. Trigger at 3lb 5oz, slide action is very smooth and tight. No cycling issues and it eats 200 SWC without burping.
A shooting bud compared it to his Nite Hawk Custom and was pissed after running a few mags. The DE trigger is a pound lighter and much more crisp plus itís smoother and tighter than the NH that he paid four time as much.

They are good shooters for sure. Kind of tempted to get a U model, just to complete the family.

Well in the last five weeks Iíve dumped close to 900 rounds between the 45ís and 38 super race gun. The DE 1911G is fantastic. Itís the best kept secret in production 1911 land. It just run and runs, dead nuts accurate, cycles all my hand loads and did I say accurate. After ripping off a few mags, I can understand why some go 1911 crazy. Itís difficult to put aside and shoot another pistol. So I guess the next rang trip Iíll just bring the DE 1911.

Man, that thing is a beauty. I love stainless pistols.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
