Look closer perhaps, mine say 9-11 clicks as stated on the magazine cover. Are you seeing that in the manual or on the cover? Might be a misprint.
While I had the manual in hand I saw nothing about steel cased ammo. It does say 230grain Ball Ammunition is recommended. I for one do NOT shoot steel cased ammo. Others do, that's fine but not me.
