    Default Gun Show

Went to a gun show today for the first time since mid year 2019…..It was so nice being able to be among people without wearing a stupid mask and breathing the fresh air…….The good thing besides being somewhat normal again was that the firearm prices are not so bad mostly about a 10% increase from pre Covid but the bad news is that ammo prices are still way over the moon crazy…..One guy was selling Sig V Crown 9mm 50 round boxes for $90.00 and said, well at least it’s under 2 bucks a pop…..I kinda figured that out for myself but hopefully things will come back to normal soon, whatever normal is…….

Looking forward to us having a gun show again, no word as yet when that may happen. I sure like to wander around and look at stuff. Usually can't afford to buy much but love to look. Funny thing is on the extremely rare occasions when I have cash I usually can't find anything I want to part with it for. Strange.

We went about 2 years without selling at the local show, but we're going to our third one next weekend. Ammo prices are going down, though, but I'm thinking of getting rid of a few guns... Ruger .22's... maybe. Both have lots of extras and enhancements... practical things, though, but I just don't anticipate shooting .22LR any more... not moving to Texas! We're staying put here and hoping to stay a Red state!

Texas is really getting scary... probably going blue!

I love it, Austin needs to be part of the Land of Fruits and Nuts, it’s a perfect fit……I saw in the paper today that Governor Abbott plans to build his own wall at the border since President Pickle Holster and Commie LaLa aren’t doing anything about it, good for him and Texas, bout time….
