Iím sure they lost money making that 2nd holster, but not in the long run. You will most likely buy from them again, and so will others hearing what youíve said. Now thatís great customer service! They obviously ďget itĒ.
I agree. It is simple, but I guess some either just donít get it, or donít care because the money is good regardless. Itís like roofers after a hurricane. They give the worst service, then 6 mos later, they are begging for business. The oneís that treated people good despite being slammed are the only oneís who survive the after storm famine.
