If it doesn’t burn explosive liquid and suck in enormous amounts of life giving oxygen to make exhaust sounds that scare small children all while belching out noxious climate changing fumes then I’m not interested……..

I go round and round with my nephew. He's into this electrical car crap, just doesn't see the whole picture.

Told him the day he saw me driving a hybrid or electric, bring his hammer and nail the lid shut, I'm done.

Half way looking for a new van, my 2000 F word van is still going strong, 150,000 plus miles but kind of looking. Would really like a GMC with the 6.6 V8 engine. Heard a rumor that GMC was going to discontinue making vans, which is just my luck.

Modern electrics can be fast and feature super cool engineering...

But my new truck has the NON-Hybrid 5.7 Hemi and a 3.92 posi rear end. Yes, it will scoot! I put my money where my heart is...
I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
    "Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
    "more stuff than you are"

I can't afford a 7.3 mile long extension chord to get me to the old man amusement park, and back

I'll stick to my old, wore out, gas guzzling 4x4 Nissan

I shared that a few times!

Some B-52D crew dogs and I watched the lower right one at an outdoor theater in Coleman, Texas, south of Abilene. Pretty rowdy and the van had an A-Ooga horn. The manager kept trying to find who was hitting it during the hot scenes... porn movies at an outdoor theater! Some of you may have seen that, too... mid to late 70's??

I remember when they’d advertise them on the radio! Behind the Green Door was one of them. I was ten years old, and all I knew was it seemed like something I probably didn’t want to see at that time. The newspaper advertised them right along with all the other movies. And yes, at drive-ins.
