Default Review of Galloway Precision SS striker guide P380

I went ahead and bought the Galloway Precision Stainless striker spring guide rod for my P380. I bought it just because I wanted to, there was no problem with the cheap plastic one. I also bought a new striker spring as my original one seemed to have some crooked bends and was sagged by time. The installation is very simple now that I made a "Ripley Retractor". It seems to be very high quality and seems a little expensive for what it is but the market is not large. Attached is a photo of the old and new. Do I now think my carry gun is more reliable? No, not at all but I just like the stainless instead of the plastic. Thanks for reading. Dan

    Thanks for the endorsement.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

The way I see it, the fewer plastic internal parts, the batter.

I agree FreeMe, it just seems wrong. Dan
