So with this Lady K9 of mine and its light springs would 124gr rounds be ok?

I would think so. Also, you can always go with a standard K9 recoil setup if you want to shoot the +P. No reason to be stuck with standard stuff, so long as your budget allows the upgrade. Congrats on your steal of a deal!

124gr should be just fine and dandy. You can as Bird mentioned use the standard recoil spring and others as well. Personally I'd leave as is if it works without issue and I don't use +P if I can avoid it. +P 9 don't make it a 45.
A little easier to rack slide and shooting comfort is a big bonus. As already stated your a very lucky guy to bring that one home.

Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

Good eye rx! I noticed that myself. I think these were very early guns, I don't know if they carried on into the new style frame or not.

I had a Lady K9 in the late 90s and it was a great gun. I don't recall any of them being other than a nickel finish though. It's the only Kahr my wife was ever able to rack easily. Everything SUOMI said about it.
And SUOMI, I fired FMJ 124 & 147gr through it with zero problems, and carried Cor-Bon (+P) in it at the time. I only fired enough of the +P to prove function.

I don't know about any logo on the slide, the only thing the Lady Kahr had was was a lighter recoil spring for women. It was about 1# lighter then the lighter recoil spring that Wolf Springs sells.
I know this because back in the day I bought several L.K. springs for the wife. I think they're about 17#. Never had any issues with them
