Truth is all barrels are unique.
There have been many cases of shorter barrels running faster that longer ones through a chronograph.
Only way to really know is test your particular gun and ammo
I'd be a lot more concerned about accuracy and recoil than FPS...

This is similar to what I use for defense in my 3.1" PM9, except 124gr.
