Hogue customer service recommends the Shield 45 beavertail grip if you want one for the Plus 9mm.

It felt really good stock. Maybe a Talon grip or maybe not. Time will tell.

Yep, Shield Plus is a winner.

Fed, fired and ejected all 125 rounds. Three different types of range ammo and 20 rounds of Federal Punch.

The stock grip, including the texturing, is perfect for me. Grip size, grip texture and trigger are a huge improvement over the original Shield.

I liked my Shield Plus, but not enough to keep me from trading it in toward a Colt 1911

Nice little shooter though.
