Kind of puts things in perspective don't it. Our time in the overall scheme of things is very brief. I guess don't waste it.

We are having a family dinner Sunday to celebrate three summer birthdays - DIL and two sons.
Crepe enchiladas (both real and vegan), steamed tamales, & salad.
Dessert will be a vegan bundt cake and pecan “pielettes”.
Too bad, but the pictures of the little pecan pielettes will not load here.

I don't allow vegetarians in my house, let alone vegans. God gave man a set of teeth AND the stomach to eat meat, not to mention the knowledge to turn meat in the tastiest food on earth.

I also don't understand why these "v" people find the need to try to copy the taste of meat using only non-meat products. I do feel sad when I take an animal while hunting, but I do say a prayer of thanks each time I do. What is even worse is these same folks think the dogs and cats should only eat fruits and veggies.

    Rant over for now.

I think most of the "V" people grew up on meat so they want the same flavor.

That’s like having a little Japanese car and putting one of those loud farting exhaust systems on it, to sound like a muscle car. It just sounds like a kiddie toy.

We call them f@rt can mufflers around here.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I remember when the Y2K scare was going on, they did a survey about the most significant discovery/invention of the 20th Century.

    Men answered: Air Conditioning
    Women: Birth Control Pills.

Not rockets, flying or cars. Hmmm.....
